India’s very own G-wagon, the Mahindra Bolero has got a new update, with newer wheels and cosmetic changes the bolero has still kept the same classic look that it always carried with it. With starting price at Rs 7.99 lakh for bolero and Rs 8.49 lakhs for the Bolero Neo. The car only has gotten a few touches on the outside and few touches on the inside, but moreover remains the same car underneath.
What does the new bolero get?

Mahindra’s Bolero line-up includes the B4, B6, B6 (O) and the new B8 variant, with the base B4 priced around ₹7.99 lakh (ex-showroom), B6 a bit higher, B6 (O) yet more, and the top B8 variant commanding about ₹9.69 lakh, while the Bolero Neo family offers the N4, N8, N10, N10 (O) and the recently added N11 variant, with the Neo N4 beginning from roughly ₹8.49 lakh, N8 above that, N10 yet further up, N10 (O) near the top of the range, and N11 as the highest-spec model priced about ₹9.99 lakh (ex-showroom), and though both vehicles share the same rugged 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine, manual gearbox and body-on-frame build, what sets the variants apart are features like alloy or steel wheels, different upholstery (vinyl or fabric or leatherette), varying infotainment screen sizes, addition of LED-type lights or halogen lamps, extra safety equipment (airbags, ABS, EBD), differing interior trims or color schemes, upgraded wheel designs, and convenience touches such as armrests, driver height adjustment, rear wiper, multiple USB ports, power windows front & rear, steering mounted controls etc., so that someone who wants the basic workhorse of the Bolero might choose B4 or N4, while those who prefer more comfort and style would go for B6 (O), B8 in Bolero, or N10 (O), N11 in Neo.

Changes:
The car comes with a slightly revised exterior with new wheels and a has got changes to its interior. Design changes on the grill with new alloys and new colors. It also includes a usb type-c port and touch screen infotainment i.e., 17.8 cm in the bolero and 22.9 cm in the bolero neo.
Conclusion?
The Bolero might compete with the other cars that are listed above and but at the end of the day, the sue case scenario of the car is very different than the cars that it competes against. Also the keep in mind that the car that it competes against is only on the basis of the price, as bolero targets a different audience, mostly for commercial purposes. However the bolero neo is mostly purchased by the people who do not want to go towards Maruti and kia, or are fans of Mahindra. But to be said honestly, The Mahindra Bolero Neo is surely a great car to go for and offers good value.
